Check-in with photo and place
Take the photo, tag where you trained and post. One check-in counts in every challenge you're in, all at once.
Every check-in goes on the leaderboard, marks the map and adds to your streak. PulsoGym turns training into a game your crew plays together.

Nobody wins by lifting more. The leaderboard counts workouts done, time trained or distance, and a beginner has the same chance of showing up three times a week.

You set the period and what counts. The leaderboard updates itself as the crew trains, with 25, 50, 75 and 100% milestones.
The office, the gym, the running club. Each group has its own members and its own challenges.
Train during the week and the streak grows. It's the number that brings you back the week after.
Your check-in photos stack up day by day on your profile, like the month's collection.
Create the challenge and send the link. Whoever gets it joins from the app or the browser, with nothing to install first.
A group challenge stays among its members. An open challenge is public: anyone in the community can join the leaderboard.

Pulso Map shows where the crew trained in the last 30 days: your friends, or the whole city.
Whoever trained most at a gym or a pool in the last 30 days holds the territory. At the gym, days trained count; at the pool, kilometres swum. Every month, the king gets a trophy on their profile. Joining the game is optional.
On iPhone, the route from your watch enters the fight for the blocks you passed through, and whoever passed through them most holds them. And a workout with a route becomes Stories art, with the PulsoGym mark.
A check-in isn't an empty post. Behind it there's a logged workout, with numbers: what you did, how much you lifted and how long it took.

Sets, reps, load, rest and tempo. Supersets and drop sets are real structure, not a note in a text field.
A timer, rest that counts down on its own, machine settings and perceived exertion at the end.
Workouts from your watch come in on their own: through Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android.
Like someone's routine? Copy it in one tap, with the same reps and loads.
Training with your crew is free, with up to 2 active groups or challenges at a time. Premium removes that limit and unlocks challenges with your own rules.
